Ingredients:
14 oz. cookie butter
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
3 large brown eggs
1 tsp. Ground cinnamon
Dry sugar cookie mix (17.5 oz)
1 cup of sweet cream butter (melted)
how to make it:
Preheat oven to 350.
Spray a 9×13 glass dish with olive oil.
In a stand mixer combine cookie butter, condensed milk, eggs, and cinnamon until creamy.
Pour into the prepared glass dish.
Sprinkle the dry cookie mix evenly over the cookie butter mixture.
Pour the melted butter all over the top.
Bake for 35 minutes.
Allow to cool completely.
Top with vanilla buttercream (recipe below)

For the buttercream:
1 cup of room temperature sweet cream butter
4 cups confectioners sugar
2 tsp. Pure vanilla extract
1 tbsp. Heavy whipping cream
Directions:
In a stand mixer with paddle attachment beat the butter and vanilla until smooth.
Slowly add in the sugar 1 cup at a time. Beat on low until combined before adding in next cup.
Once all the sugar is added mix on medium for 5 minutes.
Put in a piping bag or use a frosting spatula to add to cakes and cookies.
