Skylar is obsessed with peanut butter right now so this is a nice alternative to pb&j 👍.
8 oz. ditalini pasta
1/2 cup creamy natural peanut
1/8 cup low sodium soy sauce
2 tsp. Minced garlic
(For mine and bretts i add 1 tsp. crushed chilis for some nice spice)
Boil the pasta until al dente about 10 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water and set aside.
Add the peanut butter to a sauce pan.
Break for a bite 😉
Add the garlic
Then the soy sauce
Cook over medium heat until smooth and melted.
Stir into pasta and mix until coated.
