This is definitely not clean or healthy but it’s quick and pretty tasty.
Let’s start with the stroganoff.
4 (10 1/2 oz) cream of mushroom soup
2 cups of beef broth
1-2 tbsp. Minced garlic
Fresh ground pepper
1 cup sour cream
Frozen turkey meatballs
Homestyle egg noodles
In a stockpot whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, broth, garlic, and pepper. Add meatballs and stir.
Cover with a lid and place on the stove top on medium high heat until slightly boiling.
Reduce heat to low and let let simmer for an hour.
Add sour cream and stir to combine. Cook an additional 3 minutes
Boil the noodles.
For the green beans and carrots:
1 lb. green beans ends trimmed
1lb. Rainbow carrots peeled and ends removed
1/4 cup of sweet cream butter
1/4 cup organic brown sugar
Boil the carrots and green beans until tender.
Melt the butter over medium heat and add brown sugar.
Add green beans and carrots stir to coat and continue to cook 5-10 minutes.
