This is a definite crowd pleaser. You could add whatever your favorite pizza toppings are but the pepperoni and cheese are great on their own.
2 8oz blocks of cream cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup grated parmigiana
1 tbsp dried oregano
1/2 tbsp dried basil
1 1/2 cups pizza sauce (i love prego)
1 package Turkey pepperoni chopped (leave 16 or so whole for topping)
In a stand mixer combine all ingredients in order and beat on medium with a paddle attachment until well combined.
Pour dip mixture into a 8×8 glass dish.
Heat oven to 375 and bake for 15 minutes. Top with shredded mozzarella and whole pepperonis. Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Serve with sliced and toasted french bread.
