This is a great recipe that’s quick and easy. You can add minced garlic, dried basil, and dried oregano for some extra flavor.
1 1/2 cups warm water
1 1/2 tbsp dry active yeast
2 tsp raw cane sugar
4 cups all purpose flour
1 tbsp canola oil
1 tsp salt
Combine water, yeast, and sugar in stand mixer and set aside for 5 minutes.
Attach the dough hook and mix in flour then salt and oil.
Knead with dough hook about 5 minutes.
Drizzle dough with oil and cover with a kitchen towel for 15-30 minutes to allow to rise.
Preheat oven to 425.
Spread out on 16″ pizza pan
Using a fork poke holes all over dough.
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
Remove and top.
Bake another 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and slightly browned.
