This is a really easy and super cute appetizer for christmas or new years parties. Skylar got to help quite a bit with this one and said “mmmmmm” every time she turned on the mixer 😊
Ingredients:
2 8 oz. blocks of cream cheese
2 6 oz. bags of shredded white colby cheese
1 1 oz dry ranch dip mix
1 tbsp. Minced garlic
10 oz. uncured turkey bacon
Garnishments:
Whole pitted black olives
1 carrot
Beat the cream cheese and ranch mix on medium until smooth.
Add the shredded cheese and garlic mix on medium.
Store in the refrigerator while the bacon cooks.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Cook bacon at 400 degrees in the oven for 25 minutes.
Allow to dry on paper towels until all grease is absorbed.
Crumble and chop the bacon then add to mixture.
Beat on low.
Place in bowl or on a plate and mold into a flat round shape. Top with olives and the end portion of a carrot.
Chill at least an hour before serving.
Enjoy!
